This dress was taken in at the waist, hemmed a few inches, and a bustle was added! I am 5'5 and I wore 3 inch heels for the ceremony and flats for the reception. It was comfortable in both shoes. Accessories are included! I have a headband which I didn't wear, David's Bridal shoes size 8.5, DSW flats size 7.5 (they fit my 8.5 foot perfectly), and a 1 tier fingertip length veil with beading on the edge.
